NOAA Grant Helps Teach Students About the Environment

Palm Beach County School District students are benefitting from a $449,000 grant from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. The money will be used for programs to create future environmental leaders. See how students from Boca Raton Community High and Galaxy E3 Elementary are among those taking part.

District’s Third Graders Improve Scores on Florida Standards Assessment for English Language Arts

Third graders in Palm Beach County showed an improvement on the English Language Arts (ELA) portion of the Florida Standards Assessment taken during the spring at School District of Palm Beach County-operated schools, according to results released late Thursday, May 24, 2018, by the Florida Department of Education.
